METHOD
Our philosophy here at Mahanke Sports Performance and Fitness is simple… help you get the results you have always wanted. In this world of social media and unreliable information, it is very difficult to know what you should be doing. Here we eliminate the confusion and provide you with all you need to reach your goals. After being evaluated you will complete the most efficient workout possible, with the aid of your trainer in a one on one, small group, or large group setting. We ask only three things… show up, work hard, and have fun.
ONE-ON-ONE
One-on-one training is our most effective and hands-on training available. We offer both 30 and 60-minute options. With a more individualized approach, your coach can modify and track technique and improvement throughout the workout plan.
SMALL GROUP
Small group training includes 3-6 individuals and is ideal for individuals looking to workout with others but want more individualized attention and coaching compared to the large group setting.
LARGE GROUP
Large group training will vary between 7-20 individuals per coach. Your coach will walk you through the day's workout plan and will be there for assistance, proper form techniques, encouraging rest periods, etc.
YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM
This fun and energetic program is for youth ages 7-11. Our goal is to get your kids moving! With the number of time children now spend on screens at school, home, and in the car, it makes sense that we provide a program to get your kids off those screens and on their feet!
