  ATHLETE

EVALUATION

Our job is to help you reach your specific goals.  No matter your goal…speed, strength, injury prevention, injury recovery, velocity, ball speed, vertical jump, or to lower body fat…we are here to provide you with the knowledge you need to reach these goals and more!  In order to do this we must first look at how YOUR body moves.  Every individual is unique and must be treated that way when it comes to getting the most from your training session.  We have developed a successful method that includes a functional movement screening, acceleration test, agility test, broad jump, and vertical jump.  Once these areas have been tested and evaluated, we are ready to move forward with your program. LARGE GROUP

Large group training will vary between 7-20 athletes per coach.  Your coach will walk you through the days workout plan and will be there for assistance, proper form techniques, encouraged rest periods, etc.  Working out with others can be very encouraging while creating camaraderie and support through others with similar goals. Large group attendees tend to be more familiar with strength training exercises or are already experienced athletes and have worked with us for some time.  If you have workout experience, want to work out and encourage others and don’t need extra attention, then this is the class for you.  Schedule an evaluation today! Payment is monthly and is set up through auto withdrawal.

SMALL GROUP

Small group training includes 3-6 athletes and is ideal for athletes looking to workout with others but want more individualized attention and coaching compared to the large group setting.  It is an affordable option to get the most from the one-hour training session.  In a small group, the coach can be more specific with the movements, form, and needs of each athlete. ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-one training is our most effective and hands-on training available.  We offer both 30 and 60-minute options. With a more individualized approach, your coach can modify and track technique and improvement throughout the workout plan.  Private training is ideal when it comes to attention to detail with movement, exercise, nutrition, and recovery. With this option, all appointments are scheduled with your coach which allows for more flexibility, unlike the large group classes. Schedule an evaluation today to get started! 

YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM

This fun and energetic program is for youth ages 7-11. Our goal is to get your kids moving!  With the number of time children now spend on screens at school, home, and in the car, it makes sense that we provide a program to get your kids off those screens and on their feet!  Through various exercises, games, and movements we can show kids that working out can not only be fun but will be an essential part of their growth.  Not to mention it will improve their athletic performance, and most importantly, prevent injury.  Some of the movements highlighted in this program are running form, change of direction, hand-eye coordination as well as overall coordination, and strength.
